The Twelfth Annual FHWA/KYTC/ACEC-KY Partnering Conference will be held at The Galt House in Louisville August 20 - 22, 2007.

As a change from previous years, the 2007 Partnering Conference will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  On the first day, August 20th, the Federal Highway Administration and the Transportation Cabinet attendees will meet beginning at 12:30 p.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m.  A Welcome Reception for all conference participants will be held on the first evening.  For the Welcome Reception, everyone is invited on a river cruise aboard the Steamboat Belle of Louisville .  The departure time will be 6:00 p.m. and the cruise will last 2 hours. 

On August 21st, breakfast will begin at 7:00 a.m. with the breakout sessions beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 4:30 p.m. A reception will wrap up the 21st activities. On August 22nd, breakfast will begin at 7:00 a.m. with more breakout sessions beginning at 8:00 a.m.  The general session for the whole group will convene at 10:00 a.m. and end at noon.

A golf tournament will be held at the conclusion of the Partnering Conference on Wednesday at Quail Chase in Louisville. It is being coordinated by Ben Quinn, Jr. and Bill Seymour.
