SUBJECT:                               Transmittal of Right-of-Way and Utility Plans
                                                  and Right-of-Way and Utility Plan Revisions

 

Effective December 1, 1997, all Right-of-Way and Utility Plans and Right-of-Way and Utility Plan Revisions will be submitted directly to the Division of Right-of-Way and Utilities. Attached are copies of revised flow charts for these activities replacing and voiding Exhibits 09-09 through 09-14 of the Design Manual.

The Designer is now responsible for providing all required copies directly to the Division of Right-of-Way and Utilities regardless of whether the final roadway plans are currently in the District or already submitted to Central Office. If the roadway plans have already been submitted to Central Office, the Designer will also be responsible for providing corrected sheets for the final plans or assuring that the corrections are made on those plans.
