Division of Construction have finished the Implementation Phase of TRNS*PORT SiteManager, and have phased out the usage of KYCEMPII for Highway and Bridge Construction contract administration. KYCEMPII project data files are no longer available.

Beginning July 1, 2006, Highway and Bridge Construction contracts are TRNS*PORT SiteManager ONLY! Highway and Bridge Construction contracts will be completely administered through TRNS*PORT SiteManager.
