• You are not required to mail the completed tax form.
• This wizard requires you to print the completed tax return for your records.
• Payments can be made electronically with credit card or check.
• If the payment Voucher is selected then you're only required to send in that system generated voucher with your payment.​

Common Mistakes Made on KIT Tax Forms

• ​Taxable gallons (line 5) cannot be greater than total gallons (line 2).
• Combined gallons for lines 6a and 6b must EQUAL line 5.
• Line 7b. Special fuel consists of Diesel, Kerosene and (CNG).
• Combined gallons for lines 7a(Gasoline) and 7b(Special fuel) cannot be greater than line 2.
• Make sure to claim credit on preprinted form (line 10).  Subtract Credit From Previous Quarter (line 10) from Remaining Tax Due (line 8) and enter that amount as your Total Liability Due on line 13.
• NOTE: Please make sure return is signed, dated, and include phone number.   Please write KIT# and quarter on check.
