The purpose of this manual is to inform and guide personnel of the Transportation Cabinet who issue and supervise the enforcement of permits involving the State right-of-way. This manual is also prepared for use by individuals, firms and government agencies who must work on/or adjacent to the right-of-way of the State highway system in the normal performance of their particular activities.
