The Pavement Sections Data files provide Traffic Volumes, Surface Type, Functional Class, and Pavement Condition information on all MP and RD road sections.
NOTE: Traffic volumes are based on Division of Planning data and are calculated as a length-weighted average for each pavement section. Since pavement section termini may not always match Planning's traffic count sections, the values listed here will vary somewhat from the official counts. For precise AADT values please refer to the Division of Planning Traffic Count page.

This data pertains exclusively to the MP (State Primary, State Secondary, and Supplemental Roads) and RS Systems (Rural Secondary Roads). Included are historical information on annual resurfacing; resurfacing needs and funding; rideability, general condition, and other pertinent information for each system.
