The Office of Local Programs is the administering office for the federally funded Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), Transportation Enhancement (TE), Safe Routes to School (SRTS), Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ), Scenic Byways, and Transportation Community and Systems Preservation (TCSP) programs.
Federal Funding Application Cycles
The Office of Local Programs is currently accepting applications for the Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP) and the Congestion, Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) Program.
The TAP application cycle will run August 1, 2016 - September 30, 2016.
The CMAQ application cycle will run August 1, 2016-September 16, 2016.

. Applicants will also need to complete the LPA Certification of Responsibility (TC 20-37), which can also be found in the forms library.
