The Office of Local Programs is the administering office for the federally funded Transportation Enhancement (TE), Safe Routes to School (SRTS), Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ), Scenic Byways, and Transportation Community and Systems Preservation (TCSP) programs.  ​


Local Public Agency (LPA) Guide Training
LPA Guide training is now available to local governments and state agencies.  This training will review the new LPA guide, as well as other federal and state requirements for administering a federally-funded transportation project.
