Please keep in mind each project is different and may not require the use of some of these documents. In addition, the Administering Office may have additional forms not listed below.

It has come to our attention that the advertising requirements for LPA projects may be misinterpreted. The construction and maintenance federal regulations, 23 CFR 635.112, Advertising for Bids and Proposals, states "the advertisement and approved plans and specifications shall be available to bidders a minimum of three weeks (21 days) prior to opening of bids....." The day the bids are opened does not count as an advertising day.
