Kentucky statutes provide protection to employees who, in good faith, report suspected wrongdoing related to an actual or suspected violation of the law, statute, executive order, administrative regulation, mandate, rule, or ordinance, or any facts or information relative to actual or suspected mismanagement, waste, fraud, abuse of authority, or a substantial and specific danger to public health or safety. (KRS 61.102)
