Resurfacing work scheduled for KY 608 (Frogtown Road) in Scott County
Milling and paving operations to take place
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 29, 2013) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, announces that resurfacing work is scheduled for KY 608 (Frogtown Road) in Scott County. The milling and asphalt operations will enhance the ride and life of the pavement.
Work will be performed:
- Tuesday, April 30 through Friday, May 3 – 8:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. daily
The location for the resurfacing on KY 608 (Frogtown Road) will be at mile point 0.000 (the Scott-Owen County line) to mile point 3.709 (US 25). Appropriate signage and traffic control devices will be in place to alert and guide the traveling public.
- motorists should expect delays on Thursday and Friday
- accommodations will be made for emergency vehicles
- motorists can utilize US 25 to North Rays Fork Road
All scheduled work is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
