Closure scheduled for KY 608 (Frogtown Road) in
Installation of cross drain for improved drainage
LEXINGTON, Ky. (March 29, 2013) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, announces that a temporary closure is scheduled for KY 608 (Frogtown Road) in Scott County. The closure is necessary for the installation of a cross drain. The cross drain will improve drainage prior to paving work this spring.
Work will be performed:
- Monday, April 1 – 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m.
The location for the repairs on KY 608 (Frogtown Road) will be at mile point 1.5 (Eagle Creek Trail). Appropriate signage and traffic control devices will be in place to alert and guide motorists.
Access to Eagle Creek Trail subdivision:
- motorists can utilize US 25 to North Rays Fork Road
All scheduled work is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
