Closures scheduled for I-75 (northbound) ramps
in Fayette County
Part of the Interstate 75 Rehabilitation project
LEXINGTON, Ky. (August 21, 2014) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, announces that temporary ramp closures are scheduled for Interstate 75 (northbound) in Fayette County. The closures are necessary for final surfacing work to be completed.
Work schedule & locations:
Friday, August 22 to Saturday, August 23
7:00 p.m. Friday to 6:00 a.m. Saturday
- The northbound Exit 99 ramp (Old Richmond Road) will be closed for final surfacing work.
- The northbound Entrance 99 ramp (Old Richmond Road) will be closed for final surfacing work.
Only one ramp will be closed at a time/both ramps will
open by 6:00 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Note: mile point 98 on I-75 is the Clay’s Ferry Bridge at the Madison County line
All work is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
