Rescheduled work for KY 4 (New Circle Road)/Versailles Road Interchange in Fayette County
Geotechnical drilling and survey project continues
LEXINGTON, Ky. (April 3, 2014) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, Department of Highways, announces that work has been rescheduled for the KY 4 (New Circle Road)/Versailles Road Interchange in Lexington.
Due to unforeseen circumstances the work scheduled for Tuesday could not be completed and will take place on Friday.
Revised work schedule:
Friday, April 4 – 10:00 p.m. through 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 5
- Exit 5B – the southbound (outbound) ramp to US 60 (Versailles Road) will be closed
- the left (fast) lane in each direction of US 60 (Versailles Road) will be closed between mile points 4.7 and 4.9
Appropriate signage and traffic control devices will be in place to alert motorists.
All scheduled work is subject to change depending on weather, emergencies and other factors beyond the control of the Department of Highways.
