Lane closures and delays possible between Beulah Church Road and Sherlock Way (mile points 4.2 and 6.3) due to milling and roadway resurfacing.  Lane closures are possible weeknights from 7:00 p.m. each evening until 6:00 a.m. the following morning.

Lane closures and delays scheduled between I-264 (Watterson Expressway) and Chestnut Street overpass (mile points 131.2 to 135.4) due to asphalt removal and replacement.  Lane closures are possible weeknights from 7:00 p.m. until 5:00 a.m. the following morning and on weekends from 7:00 p.m. on Friday until 5:00 a.m. on Monday.
• The following ramps are closed and will remain closed for several weeks due to sight distance issues:

o Entrance ramp from Warnock Street to both northbound and southbound I-65
o Entrance ramp from Arthur Street to southbound I-65
o Entrance ramp from Eastern Parkway to southbound I-65

Tractor-trailers will be required to detour the project area on weekends when lane closures are in place.  Trucks traveling northbound on I-65 will be detoured via westbound I-264 to eastbound I-64, from which they can access I-65 at the John F. Kennedy Memorial Bridge. Trucks traveling south from southern Indiana will be detoured via westbound I-64 to eastbound I-264, from which they can access I-65.  Law enforcement officers will be stationed at each end of the project to enforce this detour.

Right lane closure possible between Dixie Highway and Cane Run Road (mile points 7.4 and 5.2) due to sound barrier installation. The entrance ramp from Dixie Highway to westbound I-264 may be closed weeknights from 8:00 p.m. until 6:00 a.m. the following morning.

Lane closures and delays possible in both directions at I-265 (mile point 12.0) due to interchange improvements.

Lane closures and delays possible in both directions between Interstate 64 and US 60 (mile points 25.4 and 26.7) due to interchange improvements.  Lane closures are possible on weeknights from 8:00 p.m. each evening until 5:00 a.m. the following morning.  On weekends, lane and ramp closures are possible from 8:00 p.m. on Friday, until 5:00 a.m. on Monday.  The speed limit in the work zone is reduced to 55 MPH. 

Intermittent closures in both directions on Sunday morning, May 20th.  Interstate 71 will be closed intermittently, up to 15 minutes at a time, from 6:00 a.m. until 9:00 a.m. to allow for utility work.  Closures will take place at the following locations:
• KY 146 underpass (mile point 17.4)
• Near the LaGrange Exit #22 (mile point 21.6)

Lane closures and delays possible between KY 55 and KY 12 (mile point 0.0 and 4.4) due to roadway resurfacing.

Roadway reduced to one lane at the bridge over Clear Creek (mile point 11.2).  As part of this work, access to Hi Point Road from US 60 will be closed.  Motorists can access Hi Point Road from KY 55.

Lane closures and delays possible one-half mile west of US 42 (mile point 5.0) due to slide repairs.  Delays are also possible at the intersection of US 42 and KY 754.  Flagmen will be in place to direct motorists through the work zone.
