(US 60 To Buck Grove Connector) 

Right Of Way (ROW) acquisition may begin within the year depending on availability of construction funding.  The current identified funding source is dependable.  The funding source cannot be altered except with a new biennial budget.  Affected property owners have participated in ROW meeting to discuss their questions.

 

 

Section 5

(Buck Grove Connector To Brandenburg Station)
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is progressing with final design.  ROW acquisition is unlikely to begin within the next 18 months.  The subsequent schedule is dependent on future budget considerations.
