Right Of Way (ROW) acquisition is complete. The project is scheduled to be let to contract in May (2013).
Section 5
(Buck Grove Connector To Brandenburg Station)
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is progressing with final design. ROW acquisition is unlikely to begin within the next 6 months. The subsequent schedule is dependent on future budget considerations.
