Closure of KY 1411 in Lee County for bridge replacement extended until May 30
JACKSON, KY – The closure of KY 1411 in Lee County for a bridge replacement project has been extended until at least Friday, May 30. The road was originally expected to reopen by May 21.
The road is currently closed to all through traffic near mile marker 2, just north of the Paw Paw Road intersection.
No signed detour is posted. Drivers can use KY 11 and KY 30 through Booneville as a detour route. Local traffic can also use Paw Paw Road, Dunigan Branch Road and KY 52 as an alternate route. Motorists should plan their trips accordingly.
In case of inclement weather, the project length and resulting road closure may be extended. If so, drivers can check for updates on the Department of Highways District 10’s Facebook and Twitter pages. Search for “KYTC District 10” on Facebook and “@KYTCDistrict10” on Twitter.
