Any structure that is constructed or operating within the jurisdictional limits of the Kentucky Airport Zoning Commission must be approved and permitted.

Temporary Structure Permits are issued by the Administrator for a maximum duration of 4 months. This includes, but is not limited to, construction cranes and similar construction equipment. Reference 602 KAR 50:090, Permit Application Procedures.
